    Permission to Give Medication at School form
    This form will need to be completed EVERY school year in order to administer medication at school.

    Oral Health Form
    This form needs to be completed and turned in by May of the student's kindergarten year.

    Physical Form
    This form needs to be completed and turned in before 1st Grade entry.

    Lunch Procedure:

    Please bring students lunch to the front office by 10:30am. There will be a cart in the office to place lunch.

    Our lunch supervisors know to instruct the students to take a look for their lunch but please communicate to your student that if they forget their lunch, to check the small cart in the MPR. 

    *Please make sure your student's name and grade are on the lunch box or bag! 

    HOMEWORK- We do not disturb class to notify students of forgotten homework.

    WATER BOTTLES- If needed for lunch use lunch procedure.

    INSTRUMENTS- Place in office near lunch bin and instruct your student to check office if they don't have instrument. We do not interrupt class to notify students of instruments left in office.

    **Always make sure that any item left in office is clearly labeled with name and grade.

    I Matter...


    Gather up your art supplies, writing paper, instrument or camera and tell your kids that the 2020-2021 Reflections Art Program theme this year is "I Matter Because...".  Let their imaginations take them on an art adventure!  Students may submit original creations in one or more of these six categories: 

    • Dance/Choreography 

    • Literature 

    • Photography 

    • Film Production 

    • Music Composition 

    • Visual Arts 

    California State PTA and its members, families, and kids are on the forefront of this amazing program, which increases community awareness of the importance of arts in education.  Students could have the opportunity for their artwork to advance to the council or state level.
